Role Overview
BISAFA Innovation is an Engineering and Technical Services provider supporting operations across Engineering, ICT, Construction, Project Management, and Digital Transformation sectors.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication across departments.
Responsibilities
• Manage office administration and daily operational tasks.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
• Maintain office records, files, and databases.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics.
• Support procurement and inventory management activities.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative documentation.
• Ensure office supplies and resources are properly maintained.
• Provide support to management and project teams when required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education & Certifications
• HND/BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant administrative experience is an advantage.
