Project Supervisor
Role Overview
BISAFA Innovation is an Engineering and Technical Services provider delivering solutions across Construction, Commissioning, ICT, Infrastructure, Reliability Engineering, and Industrial Operations.
The Project Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising project activities across multiple work phases, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily project activities and site operations.
• Coordinate contractors, technicians, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
• Ensure work is completed according to specifications and standards.
• Prepare project reports, site records, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve operational and technical issues.
• Support project planning, inspections, and handover activities.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Skills Required
• Experience within construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage teams and meet project deadlines.
• High attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
Education & Certifications
• BSc/HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant technical certifications or supervisory experience considered.
• Additional safety certifications may be required depending on project scope.
