Role Overview
BISAFA Innovation is an Engineering and Technical Services provider delivering solutions across Software Development, ICT Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Automation, Data Services, and Digital Transformation projects.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and improving software applications and digital solutions that support client operations and business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot software issues.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project teams.
• Maintain software documentation and technical reports.
• Support system upgrades and application improvements.
• Ensure software security, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in project planning and development activities.
Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of programming and software development principles.
• Experience with front-end or back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
• High attention to detail and innovation mindset.
Education & Certifications
• HND/BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant software certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with modern development frameworks and tools preferred.
